The lay-flat capability and 45° angle side movement of the rod make the device flexible to use. Hygienic operation in 3 modes, self-cleaning and -drying, all with great 18 kPa suction and up to 40 minutes of runtime, combined with smart voice and app features ensure effortless mopping. DualEdge design helps reach to wall on both sides for a thorough cleaning in any direction. 

Floor One S5 Stretch Extreme is the entry to the hygienic solution for smaller homes with its standard battery capacity.

The design and engineering is inspired by how mopping with same-time vacuuming could be easily managed at home for everyone with minimum efforts.

We think this product is just great, but even greater for some circumstances.

Choose this wet vacuum model if you would value close to maximum performance but you are okay to dry the appliance on your own. Most probably useful if you have a family like to live freely and you would like to keep up hygiene even next to them. Smaller size surfaces are great for this device.

This model is especially great value for money with its features, but check out other Stretch variants as well for similar propositions.

In case you are looking for more convenient and extreme hygiene features but check out S9 series.

These models are not for dry vacuuming, it does vacuuming and mopping at the same time. You can work with a separate cordless vacuum if you need for some cases like carpets, or check out Switch series that have a floorwasher and dry-only vacuum combination.

HyperStretch operation

The device will notice when you lay it down totally flat. Since the air, the debris and the dirty water are well separated, lay-down will not be an issue for the appliance. The motor is well protected and you can reach to low-profile areas in your home anywhere.

MHCBS & DualBlock

MHCBS (Maintain Hygienic & Clean Brush System) works with a dynamically pressed scraper on the 450rpm brush. This scraper get the dirt and dirty water out of the brush before it hits the floor again. Next to this there is a comb to handle hair not getting tangled.

Repositioned water tank

Tineco was the first to move the clean water tank to the nozzle. This gives pressure on the brush towards the floor, making it more effective. Also this way the device really feels easy to move even with a full clean water tank that is actually enlarged this way.

DualEdge reach

With both sides reaching to walls you can easily pick up dirt and debris there in any direction, just push the side of the device to the all and give it a go. This is very comfortable and convenient as you don't have to pay extra attention on how you handle edges.

Intuitive user interface

Use the small LED and button interface to choose the right mode. Fine-tune settings in the app. AUTO for automatic, MAX for extra power, SUCTION for just sucking up water. Get feedback on the display and use the device confidently.

Smart cleaning with iLoop

Trust the sensor of the device to decide how much power it needs and how much water is needed for specific cases, just use the AUTO mode. This way the iLoop sensor controls the main aspects of the performance enabling longer runtime and better performance.

Convenience at max

Put the device on the docking station, store it there, charge it, let it do its self-wash programs. The great thing is that the station itself is very small, barely bigger then the device itself, so it can fit any home and any areas.
